§. 3. Justice is considerable in the pipes and conduits of a•l subordinate Magistrates, through which, (as blood in the veins ) it flows from the chief Justiciaries to the very petty Constables, for the relief of all sorts of people, which are as parts and members (noble or less honorable) of that Body Politick, according as the Law doth adjudge to every one their due; |
