In-Text This ugly sin many times creeps into the Church, and sometimes it crawles up into the pulpit. For a Man that calls himself the Messenger of Jesus Christ, to take sanctuary in this place, where he may be sure not to meet with an Answer, to vent, his private passions against particuler persons, and make every petty Difference, betwixt his neighbour and Him his Text, is indeed a most unworthy peice of Revenge, and so altogether unbeseeming a Minister, that it is beneath a Man.
