This Judge married the Daughter and Heiress of Sir Edmond Berry, by whom he had the Mannors of Oxnead and Marlingford, and divers other Lands in Norfolk. William Paston Kt. the 8th. Son of the Judge, married Anne the Daughter of the Duke of Somerset.
