In-Text WE have the greatest Encouragement hereto by considering the Immediate Fountain of the Magistrates Power and Office, our Glorious and ever Blessed Redeemer and Lord, to whom all Power is given in Heaven and Earth, by whom Kings Reign, who is Head of all Things to the Church, and through whom, the Divine Goodness flows towards a lost World. This infers an Obligation upon all that bear the Christian Name, to serve the proper ends of this branch of his Power, as they have, in general, to acknowledge him for Lord and Christ.
