In-Text and live in this present age, but for them also of the Gentiles, who now do, or hereafter to the end of the world, shall beleeve in him. And however the number of them that beleeve, and have Christ effectually a propitiation to them, is still but small comparatively, in which respect it may seem strange they should be called the whole world, yet considering that whereas before Christ came, the beleevers of the Old Testament were only to be found in Iury, (some few, very few Proseyltes of the Gentiles excepted) now since Christs death, the beleevers of the New Testament are to be found (as St. Austin speaketh) among all sorts of persons, in all nations, at some time or other, and so dispersed through the whole world ; and live in this present age, but for them also of the Gentiles, who now do, or hereafter to the end of the world, shall believe in him.
