In-Text Now if the great Sanhedrin at Jerusalem should determine, that the Jews were bound to pay Tithes of those minute things which grew in their Gardens, the People were oblig'd by virtue of this Law in the Text, to submit their practise unto that Decree; and if upon pretence of error therein, some NONLATINALPHABET some contumacious Doctor (as the Jews call'd him) the same with the NONLATINALPHABET, in the Apostles Canons, should factiously oppose the same, such a one was (by this Law) to be put to death.
