Because it seems a very easy Composition with his Justice, to suffer Hell for a time, in order to happiness for Eternity. It concerns us therefore to pray, in this conjuncture of our affairs, that God will give us to drink of his bitter Cup, not as our Appetites shall crave, but as He in his wisdom shall judge expedient.
