The Person, Phinees: His action two-fold: the one preparatory, he stood up; the other completory, he executed judgment: The Success, and Issue of both, the Plague was stayed. The Person holy, the Action zealous, the Success happy. Of each of these I shall endeavour to speak something applyable to the present condition of these heavy times, and the present occasion of this frequent Assembly.
