Note 0 The practice of our Church sufficiently confirmeth this: which censureth no man for the bare omission of some kind of Rites and Ceremonies now and then; where it may be presumed, by the parties chearful and general conformity otherwise, that such omission proceedeth not either from an opinionative dislike of the Ceremony imposed, or from a timorous and obsequious humouring of such as dislike it.
