Mathew, wherein were so many Publicans & Sinners, that the Scribes and Pharisees tooke exception at the company? did he not also, invite himselfe to little Zacheus? and holpe out the feast with supplying them with wine, at the marriage of Cana, in Galilee, when the poore couple, where like to bee shamed for want of it? To sit downe therefore to eat & drinke, can haue no such suspition in it, But how comes this to be Idolatry?
