But men can neuer keepe this meane, except God haue an eye to it of himselfe when he scourgeth vs. Therefore let vs marke firste, that whensoeuer God sendeth vs any troubles and sorowes, hee ceasseth not to make vs taste of his goodnesse therewithall, to asswage the anguishe that myghte holde our hartes in distresse. |
