In-Text	When the Church is resembled to an Army, then the Ministers are called Watchmen; when to a Flock, they are stil'd Shepheards. He doth but ill discharge the Office of a Watchman, who is never on the Guard but on Pay-dayes: nor he the Office of a Shepheard, who never sees his Flock but at Shearing time.
