It includeth an act of desire, since what we seek is that we do not onely coldly wish, but affectionately will. 2. More then this, it is an act of design, setting the head on work to contrive the best means of finding what we seek. 3. Yet further, it is an act of endeavour, making use of all those means which are afforded. 4. Nay more then this, it is verbum solicitudinis, and noteth an industrious diligence in that endeavour.
