Hezekiah and Josiah, those great reforming Kings. Eliakim, Isai. 22.20. for the like phrase which is there used, ver. 22. of Eliakim, is applyed to Christ, Isai. 9.5. Revel. 3.7. Some have set Cyrus also among the Types of Christ, the Founder of the Persian Monarchy, who may be thought to have been a godly man, much good and no evil being recorded of him in the Scripture: |
