And this is that, whereto Salomon exhorteth, Prou. 24.17. Reioyce not, when thine enemie falleth; and let not thine heart be glad when he stumbleth. So Ecclesiasticus admonisheth, Chap 7.11. Laugh no man to scorne in the bitternesse of his soule.
