Paul said concerning Timothy ▪ I need not doubt to say of him, that from a child he hath known the holy Scriptures, being the Son of such a Father, who strove to instill into his tender yeares, both Religion and Learning. It pleased God to bestow upon him, many choice naturall endowments of an Acute wit, a Ready expression, and a good memory.
